HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?

Be sure to place your coffee order by 4pm on Monday’s so that we can roast and post your fresh package of goodness within the same week. Just the way it should be! Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the location of your delivery. Orders are shipped Wednesday - Friday.

Rival Brothers ship all domestic parcels using Australia Post. From our roastery dispatch, standard delivery orders to major metro areas may take up to 4-7 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a little longer. If you have chosen express shipping, you can expect orders to take up to 1-2 business days for major metro areas and 2-4 business days for regional or interstate orders.

Delivery timeframes are only estimates — postal delays caused by Australia Post are outside of Rival Brothers control. Expected network delivery speeds and coverage can be found here.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. This is emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email info@rivalbrotherscoffeeroasters.com.au

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and Collect is available for local Adelaide based orders. When your product is ready to be dispatched, an email will be sent to arrange a time for collection in the Western suburbs.
